So what’s been happening? Well:

1. We finally moved house! yup, that major item on my list of “Things that I really should get done” has a big fat green happy-looking tick next to it. This now means that we are not woken up by any of the following noises: Traffic, Motorboat racing, Yelling grandparents, and most importantly – Yelling Greeks.

Seriously, do Greeks have any other volume other than so-ear-piercing-that-I-want-to-kill-you-with-a-blunt-spoon loud? I’ve yet to meet a single Greek person who can refrain from sounding like the QE2 coming in to dock.

Anyways, back to moving. Ah yes! So, I now live so close to work that I can get there before i’ve finished a single tune on my iPod (walking). I can go to the shops without needing the car, and I can hit the pub up any time I feel suitable.

All round – a bloody good decision!

2. I have a new job (well, 2 new jobs actually).

The main reason for moving was because of my new job. Still in IT! but being paid about 3 times more than my old job. Everything about the job is a plus. Dare I say any more?

I have a second job too. I won’t say what it is, but it’s an awesome job, and if I told you, you’d probably turn Greek, yell at yourself for not having the same job, and probably shoot yourself in the face. I wouldn’t blame you though.

And it’s this job why number 3 exists.

3. I’m no longer a FetLifer, a DS’er or a WW’er (yes, those are my made up words).

For those of you who live under a rock, I joined fetlife oo .. probably just over 8 months ago. Great place by the way! Think of it as a cross between Diaper space, and Facebook – minus the underage twonks and …somewhat less creepy guys.

Anyways, since gaining my new second job, I feel like it somehow contradicts with what happens on Fetlife, DS and WW and therefore i’ve decided to close my accounts.

Absolutely nothing against anyone on any of the above sites, just a personal decision that i’ve made.

So, what about nappies? well .. that WOULD be telling wouldn’t it….

Aahh … I love Easter. I’m not religious in the slightest, but that doesn’t stop me celebrating it, running around the city chasing hidden Easter eggs, whilst eating hot cross buns and ever-so nearly bumping into bunny-dressed ladies, with their big fluffy bums.

Yes, I love Easter.

Anyways! Bex (my girlfriend) is doing really well at her new temp job. Shes working at the Easter show for a couple of weeks, and has seemed to impress the bosses so much, that they want to take her up to Brisbane – all expenses paid, for another show, where she could make $1000 in 4 days, which is very good money considering we have been surviving (yes, surviving is the right choice of word there) for the past 3 months on my wage alone.

The only down side to this is that I can’t go with her because of my work. Its only 4 days, but we havent really ever spent any time apart since we’ve been together. Im more worried about her than me as she relies on me for a lot of things. She’ll be fine though im sure. Im planning a supprise for her when she gets back though, which will make it all worth while.

I’ve also been in contact with a really old friend today. Was kinda supprised in a way that she’d message me, because from what I rememeber, we ended up on bad terms over my ex, and I lost a decent mate because of it. Im not too sure what to think of it at the moment, but I’ll see how things go. There’s some patching up to do, for sure.

Other than that, today has been pretty normal! I woke up to the entire family next door arguing in greek .. which was kinda .. interesting in a way, Chatted to a police women about the job (Im thinking of joining the police force), and ate a REALLY out of date kit-kat that I bought from this little asian shop at the train station. Im not kidding – It was out of date by over a YEAR. Mmm .. crunchy.

Now .. Where did I put my stash of chocolate mini eggs …

16? so what.. thats not the problem. I dont mind how old anyone is that I talk to. I dont ever want to meet anyone I talk to offline, so no worries! The problem was that this girl was told to take her age off her profile because it might “scare people”.

What bothers me, is how many others have been asked to remove their ages from their profiles? and WHY. I can understand people might want to hide their own age, but when someone is under age, its very important that people are made aware of it.

This makes me feel very uncomfortable, and I hope the people involved know what they are doing. I wouldnt like to see the site closed because of this.

Firstly, the facts. I was actually a memeber of DS well before I joined DLtown. I signed up there, but never went into chat, and basically kept myself to myself. I had a few people check out my profile, and add me as a friend, but thats as far as I went with it.

I actually discovered DLTown from a video on Youtube. I rememeber a guy sending me a link to the video, and in the title of the video, was DLTown’s address. So I signed up, created a profile, met some cool people, ignored some strange people, and here I am today.

So after logging in to DiaperSpace, and loading up the Chat, I was met with a bunch of people who were .. friendly, to be fair. After chatting away for a few minutes, a few things became apparent though.

Firstly, I couldnt say that I was from DLTown, as when ever I typed DLtown, or DL Town, I was told that my message contained filtered words, and would have to be re-written before sending. Was this some kind of joke? defininetly not. Anything that contained .com, www (even ww), http://, any swears, DPF (old diaper site), or any other web address was not allowed. I felt like I was in China. It seems as if the Admin (Cali I believe?) has become so paranoid of other diaper sites, that ANY reference to them is considered illegal, and wrong, and frowned upon.

Secondly, the babyish crap. Ok, definition of a chat room to me is where people go to chill out and chat about things. NOT be bombared with babyish crap that fills the screen up in 3 seconds flat. Ok, so yeah, its an DL chat room, I get that, but come ONN.. at least PM if your going to start saying things like “aww does my baby waby need their diapee wipee changed?”. I dont wana see that! And its not as if its just 1 or 2 people doing it, its 20, or 30, and chat goes completely out of control.

Thirdly, which has only just become apparment to me – The guys there are complete girl hunters. To give you a little back story, my girlfriend bassically found out about my diaper thing, and wanted to do some of her own research. She ended up signing up at DS, wanting to go into chat to talk things over with people there.

Not only did she get her head filled with crap, but she also ended up getting sent some pretty indecent messages from guys on the site. I’ve seen some of these messages, and I was not impressed! All I can say is .. I can see why alot of girls get put off coming to these sites.

Lastly though – the creeps. I know I know, every site has them. Even DLtown does. These people make US look bad, scare people away from the sites, and destory the AB/DL community.

So from what I’ve been told so far about the site, is it all true? Well .. some is, and some isnt. If the site cleaned itself up a little, I think more people would go there. But for now, I think ill stick with DLTown.
